Called them to see what happened, they told me I was not on their schedule! What a BS! I called an other company and they were here at my house within 20 minutes! I received a full explanation of what was wrong with the fridge and given options to repair. The repair turned out to be 100% accurate and we were done in less than 10 minutes. I would highly recommend the technician, a very well informed russian guy with excellent customer skills.
